New Ignition licenses include 90 days of free phone and email support. By purchasing a support plan, you can extend and enhance your support coverage, gain significant savings, and future-proof your Ignition system.

Ignition Perspective Module

With the Ignition Perspective Module, you can easily build mobile-responsive, pure-web industrial applications using HTML5 and instantly deploy an unlimited number of mobile clients through a web browser, the Ignition Perspective Mobile App, or run them natively on your device.

Support Package Benefits

Each product support plan provides unlimited upgrades and different levels of access to Ignition support. Additionally, there are no limits placed on support plans: No limits on the number of support phone calls you can make, no restrictions on the number of tickets you can create, and no limits on the amount of time we’ll spend helping you.

Our trained Ignition support team provides detailed technical support, help with installations and updates, answers to product questions, and more. Ignition support packages offer varying access to support via email, web portal, and phone.

Unlimited Upgrades

Never miss a release, and stay on the cutting edge. Upgrades for Ignition and purchased modules are free under any support plan. This alone provides ROI, as upgrades without a support plan cost 65 percent of the software’s current retail price.

Extended Availability

Get help or upgrade Ignition when you need it. Our technical support team is available from 6 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time. For international customers, the IA Australia office and our network of distributors can provide friendly, excellent support in local time zones and languages in many parts of the globe.

IGNITION SUPPORT PLANS

Choose A Plan That’s Right For You

All three support plans include upgrade protection that provides unlimited free upgrades to purchased Ignition software and modules while the plan is active. So you can get total peace of mind for anywhere from 16-to-24 percent of the retail software price. Major software upgrades (stepping up a version, i.e.: from 8.1.xx to 8.3.xx) without a support plan costs up to 65 percent of the software's current retail price.

BasicCare

The BasicCare plan offers standard priority response times and access to technical support representatives through the web portal and email. The cost of BasicCare is 16% of the retail price of the software at the time of purchase and is billed annually. Note: BasicCare does not include phone support.

TotalCare

The TotalCare plan provides escalated priority response times and unlimited access to support representatives through the web portal, email, or phone. The cost of TotalCare is 20% of the retail price of the software at the time of purchase and is billed annually. Additionally, TotalCare customers receive a 10% discount on training courses (excluding onsite training).

PriorityCare

The PriorityCare plan provides the highest priority response times and unlimited access to support representatives through the web portal, email, or phone. The cost of TotalCare is 24% of the retail price of the software at the time of purchase and is billed annually. Additionally, PriorityCare customers receive a 15% discount on training courses (excluding onsite training).
